It has been one year since the day I attempted suicide. Honestly, it has been the hardest year of my life. There have been so many good days but also a lot of lows. Without this service, I don’t think I would’ve made it through the year. Knowing that a perfect stranger is there and can help me through the day, that gives me the strength to keep going.
